We're just proud of the fact that everybody is contributing. You want to spread it around enough so the other coach can't just hone in on one part of your game.

Plus, it sends a discouraging message to the teenager that he or she can't be trusted with this important assignment. Trust the student to write the essay, but verify that it gets done.
