We knew the freshman division was going to come down to the wire. We finished second to Ellison in the mile relay and that was the difference. I'm not at all disappointed. All our guys competed hard and I'm pretty proud of them.
against boys district game tough
I thought we were very competitive and we were up against some outstanding athletes. This district is tough for anybody, boys or girls. You have to be on your game to get out of this district.
compete district healthy stay tough
This district would be tough any year, but if we stay healthy I think we'll be able to compete a lot better this year.
anxious ready
We're pretty anxious to get started. It's been a long time, and we're ready to get going.
