You can look at chemistry any way you want. The bottom line is about the team playing together on the field. It's nice if everybody gets along, but . . .

Bottom line is: You have to do your job no matter what the situation, ... And I wasn't able to get that done.

You don't hold a grudge because you have a disagreement with the shortstop. You're professional and you have to approach your job that way. We're all grown men. We should be able to settle our differences.
