everybody extra help luxury six time year
Everybody could use an extra day. It's not about Pedro. It's about this time of the year having the luxury of six (starters) who can help you out.
good hoping movement naturally stay stuff victor work year
Victor has a lot of movement on his pitches, so sometimes he's going to be out of the zone. But this year is a different year. And I'm hoping that he can stay around the zone, so he can use his stuff and let his stuff naturally work for him, because he's got good movement.
few guys hard last loop players tone understand ways work workout year
You go through the first loop and you make a few adjustments so it's accommodating in some ways to players and getting their work in. Last year I wanted to set the tone with a hard workout and get guys' attention, and get guys working and to understand that's what we're here for.
change might year
From year to year, I might change different things. But right now, I'm just going to play it as it comes.
comeback deserved victory year
I feel like we deserved this victory. We haven't had a comeback like this in a while. All year long, we've had a lot of heartbreaking losses.
learned year
It's my first year and I've learned a lot,
great knew might sure year
No. I'm sure he pretty much knew what he was getting into. Who knows, he might go out and have a great year this year.
camp coming feels good knowing learn personnel year
We've still got a lot to learn about each other, a lot to learn about winning. It just feels good to get that first year out of the way. It feels good knowing coming into this camp that you know your personnel better and feel more comfortable with what you expect.
depends hard help starts tearing year
That's hard to say. He's young. It depends on what kind of year he starts out with. If you look down and he's tearing it up, and we need someone to help us out, yeah.
ball decent eventually everybody game last obviously speed year
Our game is speed and obviously you can't use your speed if you don't put the ball in play. I think he's eventually going to be a decent leadoff hitter. Last year everybody wanted him to be Rickey Henderson, and he couldn't do that.
last saves situations year
He had 17 saves last year I believe, right? He's been in situations like that where he's pretty comfortable. If you're in the bullpen, for the most part, I'm going to use you.
braves game id lose somebody year
If somebody told me wed lose every game to the Braves this year and be in the World Series, Id take that.
best care fit later physically year
If you're physically fit and take care of yourself, you should be better later in your career. I had my best year before I retired.
believer bit extra firm guy matter time wrong year
I'm a firm believer that if you can give a guy an extra day, then there's nothing wrong with doing it. Everyone this time of year is a little bit banged up, a little bit sore, a little bit this, a little bit that. It doesn't matter because you have to take the ball.
