In general, the right to exclude is one you enforce in many cases. The question is if it's the case in every case.

They won't do anything for three days in case somebody gets hurt.

It's no longer a case of just getting bigger - it's more about a focus on core competency - what we can do best.
area business cases court grant hopeful law member strong
I'm very hopeful that the court will grant more cases in the business area because at least one more member of the court will have a strong business law background.
agency authority case consumers fact played public sufficient thinks threat
It's disappointing to us that the case played out this way. While we disagreed with the FDA's methodologies and conclusions, consumers should be comforted by the fact that the agency does have sufficient authority to act when it thinks there's a threat to public health.

admit case contrary conveyed falls impression review somehow suggestion supported within
The suggestion that there is an unwillingness to admit to the jurisdiction of the contractor-general, contrary to law, is not supported by the facts. accepting agency attorney case concerned conflict direct donation entities focus includes industry lies litter members office plan point poultry private problem reduction regard since state ties voluntary
We're reiterating what Commissioner Hilsher has already said, ... The attorney general's office has no problem with accepting a donation with no ties attached. I am concerned it has ties, particularly since a private attorney representing one of the entities in the state's case has contacted members of the OSRC. The problem lies in the point of focus of the resolution, which includes a voluntary litter reduction plan by the industry. The OSRC is a state agency. If a state agency condones, ratifies or approves any plan by the poultry industry with regard to litter reduction, it is in direct conflict with the state's case, and as a state agency, the OSRC should take that under advisement.

We must be wary of accepting any proposal merely because the case has dragged on for so long or because of the current economic condition of the state treasury and revenue projections.
cases cheap coming earlier entry good gotten highs initial managers missed mistake percent run saying seeing stepping stocks tech
Some of the managers missed some of the initial run up in tech stocks, ... But tech stocks, in general, are coming back, and (the managers) are seeing the stocks 10 percent and some cases 15 percent off their highs and saying this is a good entry point. Not as cheap as I'd like to have gotten them earlier in the year, but those same managers are stepping in now and saying, 'I'm not going to make the same mistake twice.'
