I wanted to win, and I wanted to win quickly. I put a lot of pressure on myself. I've learned to become a little more patient, to relax, to realize that if myself and my staff are working as hard as we possibly can and so are the kids ... then we are going to be successful.

There's always going to be people critical, for us this year if we don't win the comp, people say it's failure. People say last year was a failure. All coaches are under pressure, it doesn't matter where you're coaching , I just think the expectation on some clubs is higher than others. We don't profess to be the greatest coaching staff in the world, but we think we've done a reasonable job.
