I have high heels in my bags if I need them for a shoot. But I like sneakers. I like being comfortable. I like to sit on the floor with my team and work. I don't like to sit in fancy chairs. It's really important to the culture of my company that people understand who they're working for.

Between 11 and midnight (Friday night) I'm going to make sure that I'm out on that football field for at least a half hour shaking hands and thanking students. At 6:45 a.m. (today) I'm going to hand out doughnuts to the students. I want everybody to feel a part of this. It's not a PR stunt; it's just who I am. I really appreciate all the support we've gotten this year.

We don't want to pack our uniforms up for the year at 9:30 (tonight). Might that happen? Sure. I know all you guys think that, and everybody in the country thinks that. But when you're dealing with one game, anything can happen.

I don't think our staff or our players would have any problem if we had to face them in the conference tournament. They're a well-coached team and they're a good, solid team, but we won the regular season in this league so we're ready to play anybody that's put in front of us.

Several people have told me this is the biggest on-campus sporting event in the history of the Capital District. It's the biggest game, obviously, that we've ever played in the history of the men's basketball program here.
