best found half second shots start stroke teammates
The best thing (Doc Rivers) did for me was start me in the second half because I got some shots in warm-ups and found my stroke a little bit. In the beginning, I was a little ramped-up and then was off and running. And my teammates made it easy.
best hold player stuff win
When you hold their best player to 8-for-24, you should win the game, but stuff is not going our way right now.
great hit job ready shots
We were doing a great job on him defensively and then he hit two shots that, boy, were quick-trigger. You have to be ready for him at all times.
bottom fourth league line
Bottom line in this league is you've got to make shots, especially in the fourth quarter,
beef problem strong tried
I don't have a beef with him at all. I've never had a problem with him. I just set a screen, and I didn't even try to put anything into it. I just tried to brace myself. He's a strong guy.
enjoying good happening looking love
I love Boston. I'm enjoying my new teammates, my new city, my new town. I'm looking to a lot of good things happening here in the future.
effort forth open points score shoot teams
We're not doing it. I'm not doing it. We can put forth as much of an effort as we want on defense, but teams who can shoot well are going to score points ? and we've got to execute. We're getting open looks. We're just not making them.
bit catalyst good great hopefully job offensive playing super throw
I think he's doing a good job for us overall. Hopefully he can keep that up. And Michael's been playing super off the bench. He's playing great defense, getting a lot of offensive boards, and he's been a catalyst a little bit on the offensive end because we can throw it down to him in the post.
pick small stop
Pick your poison. Try to stop K.G. or me . . . They wanted to play a small lineup, and we made them pay.
lost trying
I think we completely lost our composure. We were up and it was like we were just trying to find a way to lose.
came seeing shadows time
I think we were seeing shadows every time we came into the paint.
build game momentum starting step took tough
That was a tough one. We were starting to build some momentum and this game we took a little step back.
bit coaching embraces last regret role saying staff year
I was a little disappointed with my role last year and I made that kind of known. I regret it a little bit for saying it, especially with the way things turned. The way the new coaching staff embraces me, that's all I've ever wanted.
open philosophy
My philosophy is any open look is an open look.
