We got ourselves in some holes. Fortunately tonight we were able to dig ourselves out. I'm sure if you ask anybody around here, you're not going to expect to win too many ball games when you walk that many guys. But they pitched their hearts out and came through with the 'W' for us.

Every position has its pros and cons, its degrees of difficulty. It's completely different from playing the infield.

I wasn't trying to hit a homer there. I was looking for a pitch in the zone and luckily it went out.

It's fun. You come to the yard every day and you know that there's a chance to play anywhere in the lineup and the manager actually believes in you to let you do it. That's pretty exciting.

It was fun. It's the position I played throughout the entire Minor Leagues. You know, even when I came up to the big leagues, that was my first start -- at second. It's a fun position. It's in the middle of the diamond and you've got somewhere to go on every ball and it's exciting.
They did that a lot with a lot of their players.
