ballplayer bring center extremely fans fit great grow johnny love loved plays skills special
Yeah, he's going to fit in extremely well. He's a great young man, he's going to bring a lot to the table. The fans are going to love him. He's a hard-hat guy. He's got all the skills out there. He's been getting better and better every year. He's getting better with age. Fans are going to grow to love Coco out there in center field. We all loved Johnny while he was there, but they're going to do the same thing with Coco because he's a special ballplayer and he plays hard.
ball couple felt good jump looked picked piece played run solid spot steps turned
I played a couple of steps in, with two strikes, and he made a solid piece of contact. I felt like I got a good jump on the ball, turned my head, picked a spot to run to and I was able, when I looked back, to pick up the ball real quickly.
body game gives hard playing possibly stop taken toll tried until
I've tried to play the game as hard as I possibly can, but sometimes it has taken a toll on my body. I'm not going to stop playing that way. I'm going to play until my body completely gives out.
couple four maybe past tampa
The run-ins that we've had in the past four years have been with the Yankees, with Tampa and maybe a couple with Baltimore.
aggressive ahead count early fight
I wanted to end the game. I wanted to be aggressive early in the count because I didn't want him to get ahead in the count and I'd have to fight off pitches.
early feels maybe moving shoot
It feels good. I'm moving around out there. Maybe we can shoot for early (this) week.
bring clean coaching deal definitely deserves entire exactly expected gets home kept manager managers players staff team
I think he?s done exactly what team has expected him to do. He?s kept a very clean clubhouse, there are no disgruntled ballplayers or anything. He?s always had an open-door policy, our entire coaching staff does, I think Theo does, also. He definitely deserves what any other manager gets when they bring home a World Series. Granted, players go out there and play, but managers have to deal with us all.
early good maybe moving next shoot tomorrow
I feel good and I'm moving around out there. I'll see how tomorrow goes. Maybe I'll shoot for early next week.
backed commend fan fans gave tip
I didn't have any fan interference at all. They backed away. I commend those fans there. I gave them a little tip of the cap.
best definitely feed games rest row situation stay
We just have to maintain, stay healthy, get the rest that we need and just come out and feed off our fans. I think that's the best part about having so many games in a row -- we're here at home. It's definitely a situation where we can feed off our fans. They can energize us with the best of them.
capitalize crunch great score team win
Every win is big. We're a great team at crunch time, and every win is important. We capitalize to score runs.
conversation difficult judge sure
It's not my place to judge him. I'm sure it's difficult enough. This is a conversation that I'm not going to say much about.
fair hard
It was fair by the umpires. It was kind of hard for me to see.
coming fans feed field huge job late middle road whether winning
We feed off our fans all the time, whether it's coming in late from a road trip, or in the middle of a long homestand. We always feed off our fans. I think they know that. They're a very important part of the way we play. Obviously, we have to go out on the field and get the job done, but they're always a huge part of us winning ballgames.
