We've given up shorthanded goals and power play goals all year long, but we had them piled on us in the same game. We just weren't executing well at that point.

Everyone played well. We put together a game plan and everyone executed as well as they possibly could.

It wasn't pretty, but we got the job done. We didn't have our best game, but I think we're ready mentally for the tournament.

We had a vision to bring this program back to respectability and these kids have done that admirably. They accomplished a lot this year.
dan difference eric everybody great line rivalry second tonight worked
I think the difference tonight was that second line of Amoroso, Dan Munroe, and Eric Fader. Everybody executed, but that line worked especially hard. It's always a great rivalry with Salem, and this was a big win.
difficult gets quickly shot terrific
Kyle's got such a terrific shot that if he gets it off quickly like he did there, it makes it very difficult for the goaltender to stop.

effort game kids prepared problem reason
I have no problem with the way we prepared for this game and the effort the kids showed, but for some reason we just couldn't get it going.

The kids worked hard and battled hard. When you look at the points in the conference, this is huge for us.
