Offensively, we dropped so many balls and didn't make many plays. I thought we had good effort, but we have a lot of work to do. I knew there would be issues that would show up, and they certainly did.

We just wanted to see him throw a little bit (in the scrimmage). He's been involved in a number of extra sessions since then. It's really unfair to be too critical of him now or evaluate him since it typically takes one or two years to get comfortable in a system. The main thing we've learned about him is that he has a really good arm, and that's important for the foundation of our offense.
