It felt good to be out there with the guys. It's about time to get back into it. I've been working really hard to get my body back healthy and it's about time.

We can't let it be a disadvantage, that's for sure. Those guys are a huge part of our game. But all this depends on how the other guys prepare.

To get that win and get some more momentum back on our side was huge for our team. We were moving the ball, and we were taking the pressure off our defense. Offensively, we were able to do some things. There were still some mistakes, penalties hurt us a little bit. But that's all stuff we can fix easily. Overall, I think we're improving offensively, and the defense is still doing what they always do.

We need to do a better job of reacting to it. We shot ourselves in the foot and we can't have that happen.

When Kyle needs somebody to go to out there in practice, he's always the guy that happens to be open at the right time, ... That's going to be exciting to have a guy like that around. We haven't had guys like that step up and make plays since I've been here.

It's frustrating. It's hard to watch. There were some things that we could have definitely improved on, but there were good things, too. Sometimes, it looks worse than it does.

It's a real fine line. The way you balance it is, you let the coaches do their job and you do your job. That's what I try to do, ... It's not easy at times, but I know the coaches know what they're doing. . . . They put a lot of time in and I just feel like I want to do everything I can, everything in my power, to help us win.

When we get a lead like that of 10 points, the defense can sit back and play the way they want to play. When they're able to do that, they're a lot more dangerous.

Relative to last year, I'm very healthy, ... I'm happy about that. Obviously I just came off of two surgeries, and I'm barely five, six months off of shoulder surgery. But I've put in a lot of time and a lot of work to be playing now at the level I'm at.
