There are some exciting things happening in the park district, and I'm having a lot of fun. I love the work, and being a part of what the park district provides for the community. It keeps me going.

What I think is really great is that this has been driven by the user groups. They came together and made recommendations for the projects.

I consider myself a sounding board for the community, I'm not somebody who has an agenda. The community has been very supportive of the district and Bismarck remains a progressive community.
