came split tried trying weekend
A split is not what we came into this weekend for. We tried to come into this weekend trying to get two.
came chart shot shots versus
The shot chart is the story of the game, where their shots came from versus where our shots came from.
badly beaten came guys last proud
I was really proud of how the guys came back. We were beaten about as badly as you can be last Wednesday.
came official
I don't know (what happened). I just told the official what I thought and I came out.
came comment locker official
I just told the official what I thought and left. I can't comment on it. I came to the bench. I went to the locker room. They won't let me comment on it.
care coaching defend loved percent rely shoot teams
We've become one of those teams that has to rely on making shots. I've always loved coaching teams that can shoot 36 percent and win, because they rebound, defend and take care of the ball.
against effort oregon proud tonight win
We're more proud of our effort tonight than we were in the win against Oregon State.
beaten team
We were beaten by the better team today, a team that manhandled us on the glass.
hesitant memories team vivid
I'm hesitant to anoint this team at this point, because I have vivid memories of the first two games.
free stanford stayed throws
Stanford stayed tough. They made their free throws when they were needed.
great guys handle job pressure score
That was embarrassing. They did a great job defensively. They had great pressure on the guys who score for us and we didn't handle it very well.
harder played team
I thought they played harder than any team that has come into this building.
deny inability key stretch
I thought that was a key stretch in the game, our inability to deny him the ball.
duplicate energy feeling great hopefully leave maybe next night performance poise respond result toughness win
I think what's important is how we respond to that performance the other night (against UCLA) Â- what kind of energy we come play with, what kind of toughness we come play with, what kind of poise we play with. Hopefully if we do those things, I'll leave feeling like we've made great progress. Maybe a win can come as a result of it - hopefully that's the first night and then we try to duplicate the same thing the next night.
