along ball drafted guy knock last led needs running rushing season stopped team year
Last year I led the team in rushing and receiving. Definitely, it wasn't a knock to me that they drafted a running back. I didn't take it personally. I'm the kind of guy who needs the ball 22 times a game. Last year I was getting it 20 to 25 carries. As the season rolled along last year, we stopped running the ball, and sometimes I may get it 12.
anyone depends game older statistics super won
Statistics are one thing, but at the same time, when the game is on and it's kickoff time, you never know how anyone is gong to react. You have older quarterbacks. Peyton Manning hasn't won a Super Bowl; he's an experienced quarterback. It doesn't really matter, it just depends on how you play that day.
best gets guy maintain messed obvious poise politics
The politics are what is kind of messed up about this league. A guy gets money, and it's obvious he's going to play. That is the way it is in this league. You just have to do the best you can to maintain your poise and composure.
good lose simple
It's going to be pretty simple for Kyle. We don't want him to lose the game. If he does that, he's doing a good job.
anytime care definitely great growing idolized mentioned name played playing somebody team
It's definitely an honor. Anytime you can have your name mentioned with Walter Payton, I don't care what it is. Just playing here for the Bears, this is the team that he played for, somebody I idolized growing up. That definitely would be a great accomplishment.
break crunch execute great huge knew matter minutes tough win
We just fought. We knew it was going to be a tough game. We have a great defense. They have a great defense. It was just a matter of who could play for 60 minutes and execute in crunch time. Finally, we were able to break through. This is a huge win for our team.
blame hurt last people team thinking worst year
You can't blame people for thinking we were going to struggle. But at the same time, last year we were 5-11 and we weren't the worst team. We had a lot of people hurt last year. Our team was kind of dismantled.
respond
It's adversity, but I think we'll be able to respond well,
admiring chicago feeling great grew mentioned name obviously played playing running
It's a great feeling to have your name mentioned with him, especially. I grew up admiring him my whole life, so as a running back, even to be playing here in Chicago where he played and to see his name all over, obviously to have your name mentioned with him is something special.
feeling great mentioned name question series sure
It's a great feeling just to have your name mentioned with him. I just wanted to go in for a series to make sure that I had it, so there would be no question about it.
buy came cheaper clean decline difficult natural offset perfectly raising rates seems smoking states throughout
It's very difficult to see a clean decline and that is because, throughout that time, other states around us were raising their (tax) rates and (smokers) came to us to buy the cheaper cigarettes. That seems to have perfectly offset the natural decline in smoking in Kentucky.
game helps thinking
Sometimes when you're thinking about the game more than your injury, it kind of helps you.
bed few stable standards
Right now we're having a pause, a stable period, to bed down. In 2005 and 2006 there are no new standards and very few changes.
