I am very excited about how our girls did this weekend. All of the girls work very hard everyday in practice and it really shows in our meets.

We won today, not only because of the first-, second- and third-place finishers but because of those who finished just out of the medals, in 11th, 12th, and 13th.
best half honestly muscles supposed swimming team tired
Over half of the team had best times. And they are really, honestly not supposed to be having best times right now. Because they are swimming very, very tired and their muscles are just fatigued.

He's going to be there, diving along with some of the most elite athletes in the state. It will make him a better diver for next year.

I'm very proud of how the boys competed on Friday and Saturday. Almost everyone had best times when they competed in the finals, so it was a great way for them to end their season.
