I'm real pleased with this game right here. Now we got the split and it puts us in a position where we want to be.

We had a great defensive game. We just can't get the ball in the hole. It's tough to win on the road when you're not shooting the ball respectably.

We are starting to play better basketball. The best thing about (the Edgewood) game is we built on what we were doing.

Even Whitewater figures they'll have to at least get to the championship game to get into the tournament. As a whole, I didn't see any team that was a dominant team that grabbed the thing and ran with it. That'll make this tournament very interesting.

We're playing good defense, but our offense is struggling. They hit some big shots at the end, and that's what it boils down to.

We didn't shoot a single free throw over 40 minutes. It would be different if we shot jump shots, but it was a pretty physical game.

The year that we went to the elite eight, we ended up 10-6 in the league. So, it's been done before. It's just a matter of how we're going to play.

I think we took away what they do best. On the offensive end, we're just stroking the ball well right now.

The middle months there were pretty good to us. We were 14-3 in those months. But then, that doggone game at River Falls really spun us. That took a little wind out of our sails.
elevate good great guys missing starts team worried
I'm not worried about our offense. The guys that are missing shots, they're good shooters. Once that starts going, it's going to elevate us from a good team, to a great team in February.
