I'm really passionate about things I enjoy, and I like to be out there doing things, and learning and challenging myself. So it's just more fun that way, just to get out and try and do and learn and meet people and try to do something new.
Play because it's fun, and not to become a pro. If your goal is to become pro, the best way to realize that is by loving what you do.
I have as much fun as anybody I know.
I'm not going to retire because I want the money. We want honest athletes, but at the same time, you're going to have people saying, 'He's so greedy. He's made X amount of money, and he has to take that last little bit.' Yes, I do have to take that last little bit. I'm sorry if that is frustrating to some, but if they were in my shoes, they would do exactly the same thing.
My goal is to eliminate positions where I can't function.
They will definitely enjoy it, no doubt about it, especially those who have never been. It will be great from a personal standpoint, but it will also benefit the group. Coach will also be able to help us, too, and pass on his experiences from the time he spent in Italy. So all in all, it will be great, the players will be able to absorb the culture and it will bring them together.
If my career has somehow inspired or gained interest in kids across the country, that would be unbelievable to have that sort of impact.
I'm very excited about that, ... He's a great player, a great teammate and a great guy.
We got a lot of great character guys and some great players that bring a lot of experience and toughness, ... Those things go a long way. If you're going to lose Joe Johnson, you can only make so much happen. We did about as well as we could do, minus the Finley deal. We're ready to make it work. I'm really excited. I'm happy with the moves we made.
Besides P.E., geography was my best class in high school. I was in this gifted class when I was younger, and it was wicked!
It would be nice if we were up 3-2. But, at least we can go to LA and let it all hang out.
They were great to me. I appreciate that.
They were great to me, and I appreciate that, ... Hopefully, the Wildcat fans can stick behind us.
This is a chance to get a little bit of separation if we play well. We blew one in Denver but tonight was a good one and we've got a few coming up here.
