deal mark people problems throwing type
I want to be the type of coordinator that if things go bad, I have no problems with people throwing it in my lap, ... And when things go good, I'm a big boy, I can deal with it. ... I want that to be the mark of our offense.
behind best five hopeless offensive players sitting
I've always been of a mind-set to play the five best offensive linemen. I think your players need to feel that from you as well. If you're sitting behind Leonard Davis, you can't feel like it's a hopeless situation.
continue guy obviously work
He's a guy that obviously has some abilities, and he'll be a guy we'll continue to work in the offense. I think he's getting more and more comfortable with it.
confidence lack
I don't think it's an issue, and I don't lack any confidence in doing so,

Naturally Adam has a lot to learn, but he did well for a person who had never played the position.

It's tough to throw somebody into the deep end and tell them to start swimming. I prefer to start out in the shallow end. Now, some kids pick it up pretty quick.
coach cut football good guys level proverbial rid

both opposed successful
I've done it the other way, and been successful both ways, so I'm not opposed (to any changes),
calling easy falls lies responsibility sit ultimate week
It's sometimes easy to sit back, if you're not calling plays, to say, 'Man I would have done this or that,' ... But being the play-caller is the ultimate responsibility, so the responsibility falls in your lap. We can say what we want about Week 1, but the responsibility lies with me.
carry needs offense
Everyone, Daunte included, needs to just do their job. I don't think any one person needs to feel like they have to carry an offense on its shoulders.
easy map move son wife
It's been an easy move because my wife already has friends down there, and my son is down there. You don't have to get a map to find your way around. So a lot of things have been good.
