For most of my life, I’ve felt that there must be more to our existence than meets the eye. This is who I am, and you can’t expect me to be someone I’m not.
I'm sure a lot of you had this experience when you're changing. You're growing as a person and people tend to treat you like you were 18 months ago, and it's really frustrating sometimes when you're growing up and you're more capable. It's the same thing with a company and the press. The press is going to have a lag time. The best thing we can do about the press is embrace them and do the best thing we can to educate them about our strategy. Those users haven't been upgraded because of viability concerns about Apple, which I think we've overcome, ... And we haven't given them a good product in a long time.
This ushers in a new generation of iMacs. We started a partnership less than a year ago to make this happen -- it's been incredible how our engineers have bonded and how well this has gone.
Though it's likely we will not forge a new relationship with Disney beyond our current deal, we clearly have slowed down the process of picking a new partner to see how this game of musical chairs will end, and who the new CEO of Disney will be,
With ... Intel's latest dual-core processor under the hood, the new iMac delivers performance that will knock our customers' socks off.
We convinced people fairly rapidly that survival, at least in the short term, was not an issue.
