Combine the history of Hillcrest, Davis and Bingham, and here we are in our seventh year, this is a cool thing for our school.

There's so much more to our team than Mike, Eric and Morgan. We play up to 10 guys in varsity games, and at different times, they're all significant.
We wanted to go to him definitely, we thought we had a big advantage.

I don't think we've played a game this year where we've made so many adjustments. Maybe you don't notice from the stands, but there were a lot of adjustments we were making.
difficult guys handful key leading nine past prepare teams year
On our past teams, you could key on one or two guys. This year we go nine or even 10 deep. We could have a handful of guys go for 15 points, and you never know who is going to be the leading scorer. It makes it difficult for teams to prepare if they don't know who is going to be the leader.

It just makes your heart pound. It makes you want to smile to have so many people pulling for you. It was very inspiring.
actual game good great group proud
It's a very cruel, abrupt end. Not only the season, but the actual game. It was a great game between two very good teams. I've never been more proud of a group of guys.
beat coach easier guys hoping needed playing solid sucked
We were hoping we would not get sucked into that kind of a game, but it's much easier said than done, look, they've done it twice. Coach (Paul) Jeppesen is a solid coach who has been around, and he had those guys playing the way they needed to beat us.

They're playing as good as any team in the last month in the state. It's probably unlikely we were going to keep a huge cushion against them.

I thought we made some mistakes, we turned it over too many times. We forgot about playing inside out. You can't do that against a really good team, they're going to make you pay.
eric great guard leader point stepped
I think Eric was great at the line, he's our leader, and he did what a leader point guard does and stepped up there and swished them.
grove incredible plays pleasant seem seen skyline sync
Skyline plays incredible defense. I've not seen Pleasant Grove seem so out of sync offensively (all year).
attitude focused love
I love the attitude of this team. When you're unselfish, everything is better. They're really focused on getting better every day.
