What is Yoga? Yoga is self-conquest. Self-conquest is God-Realization. He who practices Yoga does two things with one stroke: he simplifies his whole life and he gets a freee access to the Divine.
And in self-giving we become really happy. Real humility is the expansion of our consciousness and our service.
Either consciously or unconsciously we are searching for the highest Self, which is at once eternal and infinite.
My heart needs only one thing. It needs to be guided Along the age-old path Of life-blossoming self-awareness.
