good grip groove key open race second sure top
There is grip everywhere. There is grip all the way to the top of the race track, and that's going to be the key to making sure we open up a second groove and there is good side-by-side racing.
effort glad good grip groove job key open race safe second sure tickled top track
I'm glad to see all the effort that's going into making sure we have a safe race here. I'm really tickled to see the paving job is so smooth. There is grip everywhere. There is grip all the way to the top of the race track and that's going to be the key to making sure we open up a second groove and there is good side-by-side racing.
gave great hate help risk
We gave it a great effort. We just didn't have any help out there. That's the kind of risk you take when you come down here with no points. I just hate it.
car draft good qualify top
We feel pretty confident. We feel like we can be in the top 10 in qualifying. The good things about it is I think we've got a car that can qualify in the top 10 and draft well at the same time. That's important.
bad coming happen hate knew miss
To be here and miss this race, it's bad and I hate it. This is something we knew could happen coming in here with a new team. But this isn't the end of our season. It's just the beginning.
everybody gave gear hate risk
Everybody gave me what we needed. That's the kind of risk you take when you come down here with no points. If it wasn't for the gear failure, we wouldn't be in this situation. You just hate it.
good nervous situation
I am a little nervous just because of the situation we're in. I am not too nervous because I know we have got a good car. The only thing that makes me nervous -- I know we can get there, I know we can go to the front.
areas definitely depth far list resources side team top
I think just going to a team that's definitely on the top of the list on the manufacturer's side and has a really big depth to the team as far as the resources they have in different areas is going to be big,
risk
That's the risk when you come down here with no points.
beside cars catch check front guy
I think with the way these cars are so aero-dependent, if you can catch the guy in front of you and get up beside him, he's going to have to check up and you're going to end up being side-by-side with him,
ahead cars fast felt few finish great guys home looking points race sitting watching wrecked
I felt down because I wasn't in the race, but after watching what transpired and how so many cars got wrecked and guys that had great cars got wadded up and didn't finish very good, looking back at it, they are only a few points ahead of me. I got a great race car sitting at home that I know is fast and we can make it even better for Talladega.
hunt sit sort
We've got to sort of sit back and hunt and regroup.
apologize man
He wasn't man enough to come over and apologize to me, ... so I don't know why I should apologize to him.
says solid team top
We want to come out of here with a solid run. I want to come out of here with a top 10. The team says a top 15, but that won't be satisfactory to me.
