afternoon caused earlier rush start time tried turned turning
We tried to start a little earlier so that we could be done in time for the afternoon rush hour. It turned out that caused a backlog of turning cars, though.

While we're trying to prevent head on collisions we also don't want an accident on the same side of the highway.
care instead letting roads shape
We think we're in better shape now than we were two years ago. What we have to do is keep repaving our roads and take care of them instead of letting them go to long without having to resurface them again.
fire open road turns until waterfall
