The only time I really care what anybody thinks is if I know the people and know and respect their tastes. And those people would never tell me to my face if they didn't like my record. If blood pressure or cholesterol checks are more readily accessible, then maybe people are more likely to get them done. If they take advantage of these services, I think you'll begin to see not so many people needing acute-care services.
