We have not handled success well. We have not handled prosperity well. So my message to the kids is, listen it's a 10-round fight and what happened in the third-round today has no bearings on what happens next week. That's been the mindset, and I think this team has the culture of holding each other accountable so that that doesn't happen.

It's the same problems we've been seeing. All the tech news out today (Wednesday) isn't that bad, really, it's just also not good, ... So again, there is just no motivation to buy, no positive catalyst.

Oil's a tricky thing, where we've seen pullbacks in the price and the market doesn't respond, but when you see a rally, stocks fall, ... Oil is clearly the excuse today for the selling.

Today is just the beginning of this effort. It (the disaster) isn't something we should tuck away and hide from our history. It's who we are.

This is consistent with the trend of the Dow all week, ... After rising for two sessions, it pulled back a little Tuesday. Wednesday was good, so we're seeing a little consolidation today (Thursday). We may trade sideways for a little while.

I didn't feel comfortable until towards the end. One of the things we're trying to strive for as a team is to find the knockout punch, and today I think we were able to do that.

We just need to take that final step, have a little bit more belief in certain situations to kill teams off and then we will go to the next level. But until we do, then that will hold us back.

We weren't expecting it but we'll take it. He's a first-year boy and everything thing he works on in practice is geared towards the legs.

We weren't executing the way we planned, and it showed. We lost the game in the third quarter no matter what calls were made and what things happened before or after that.
