ability anticipate areas both capital complete contingent culture decline declining due encouraged experience flowing further future hurricane improvement integrate internal loss market near ongoing partly rates sales year
We don't see rates declining much further or a significant firming in the near future, partly because ample capital is flowing into the market after the 2005 hurricane season. At the same time, we are encouraged by the ongoing development of our internal sales culture and by our ability to complete and integrate acquisitions. We anticipate further improvement in both areas in 2006. We also anticipate that contingent commissions could decline this year due to loss experience for insurers in 2005.
area helps improve interest strategic surprising types
I don't think it's surprising at all. When you have those types of strategic investments, it helps to improve the community's interest in the area and their willingness to invest.
coaches compared continued defense defensive emphasized improvement main missed paid played practice previous reasons spring stress sure tackled work
One of the main reasons our defense has played so consistently is our work on and improvement in our tackling. We haven't had the missed tackles that we've had in the past. That's something the defensive coaches emphasized in the spring and have continued to emphasize in practice now. By making sure we stress the fundamentals, and that's one of the things we do each week, that has paid off with how well our defense has tackled compared to previous teams.
achieved attractive closing commitment continued culture declining excel face five goal great growth improvement increasing insurance investment operating organic people post quarter recording sales team thousand
Two thousand five was a great year. Our investment in Hub's sales culture and the commitment of our people enabled us to post organic growth in the face of declining insurance rates. Our acquisition team continued to excel in identifying and closing attractive opportunities. In addition, we achieved our goal of increasing operating margins, recording a one-percentage-point improvement for the quarter and the year.
achievement areas basis committed continued contribute execution expense goal improve improving management margins operating points strategies
We are committed to continued expense management and strategies to improve productivity in 2006. Execution in these two important areas should contribute to the achievement of our goal of improving operating margins by 50 to 150 basis points for the year.
forward gained happy improved improving last looking momentum next season
I feel I gained a lot of momentum for next season. My season started kind of slowly, but I'm really happy about making it to the Olympics. I've improved so much from last season, and I'm looking forward to improving even more.
Too many dispersed origins. Too many dispersed destinations.

We just saw, basically, body by body until, I think the person in the back seat was the last one to get out.
belief bit certain final hold next situations teams until
We just need to take that final step, have a little bit more belief in certain situations to kill teams off and then we will go to the next level. But until we do, then that will hold us back.
certainly everybody helps hitting
We just get our pitch, that's it. You've just got to be patient. ... It certainly helps when everybody is hitting around you.
boy expecting geared practice towards works
We weren't expecting it but we'll take it. He's a first-year boy and everything thing he works on in practice is geared towards the legs.
calls executing game happened lost matter quarter third
We weren't executing the way we planned, and it showed. We lost the game in the third quarter no matter what calls were made and what things happened before or after that.
