Preparations for the Commonwealth Games really have been going well. I have continued to work on my weaknesses and continue to get stronger. I really feel confident. I have done things in workout that I previously have never been able to come close to. I think a great deal of experience and maturity helps a lot too.
amazing four happens night
It's amazing to see what happens in four years. I'm stronger, I'm faster, I'm an animal! At the end of the night it was just about getting gold.

That's how bad it got. I walked up a flight of stairs and was out of breath, and I had to sit down for a while.
