Robert Rogers born 12 November 1983 is a referee in football and futsal. He is currently on the FIFA International Referees List as a football referee. In 2009 he became the first FIFA-listed futsal referee from the Republic of Ireland. according believe driver possibly says speak telling vehicle witness
We believe that there is possibly one. We do have a witness who says he did speak to the driver of the vehicle as the vehicle was submerging telling him to get out, and he did not. So we do know according to a witness (there was) at least one victim.
