It's day to day and when she's healthy she's going to play. That's not my call, the sports medicine staff is doing a great job with Rachel and it's just one of those things that physically take longer than others.

We wanted to try to set the tone on the defensive end and really take it to Albany early. We felt like we wanted to establish our presence here at home and I thought we did a great job of that early on.

We were all watching the Jen Blues 1,000-point watch all season and it was a big relief for her and the team that it happened tonight. We were hopeful it would happen tonight and I am very happy for her.

We were a little nervous. I think we did a nice job to extend the lead to 13 and then Maine turned right around and hit three threes in about a minute. I thought we kept our composure and we made some key foul shots down the stretch. It wasn't pretty, but Maine is a tough team.

They're clearly the best team in our league. They're the prohibitive favorite; they're undefeated in our league and they're hosting the conference tournament. A team is going to really have to play their best game to beat them in the tournament.

They didn't give us any easy looks. They got to the line, they got to the basket. Maybe fatigue and the combination of Hartford executing a game plan kind of stopped us in our tracks.

Offensively, we played very well early. Defensively, we weren't quick enough. We couldn't put the offense and the defense together.

I think at our gym we played much better against their zone, especially in the last 10 minutes. We really controlled that game.
four hard imagine past team
Jen, Jen and Rachel have been such a part of the team for the past four years. It's going to be hard to imagine the team without them.
