Rhett Adam Warreneris a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman who played over 700 games in the National Hockey Leaguefor the Florida Panthers, Buffalo Sabres and Calgary Flames between 1995 and 2008. He was a member of the Canadian national junior team that won a gold medal at the 1996 World Junior Championship. Warrener retired in 2009 after missing a full season due to a shoulder injury. Getting that close and not being successful is something you have to live with. It's not something that's fun to live with so I think guys are hungry and that's one of the big things that will hopefully give us that little extra incentive.

We knew the team wasn't scoring. One goal's not going to win you many games, but we thought the last few games the effort was there, and it was just a matter of finishing our chances.
