beginning help hurt lose reason saying situation team terrible tried
I've been saying from the beginning that I don't want to be the reason we lose because that would be a terrible feeling. I just tried to put myself in a situation where I could help the team and not hurt the team.
aggressive both clicking ends everybody figure happy helps learn main realize starts yelled
I was happy with how I played. I think the main thing for me was just being aggressive at both ends of the floor. I think every day more and more as I get yelled at and as I learn it helps you figure out your role. And then once you do what they tell you that you should be doing, and everything starts clicking with everybody else, you realize that they're right.
everybody playing positive
There was a lot said at halftime. Everybody was like, 'This is unacceptable.' There was nothing positive going on in the first half. We weren't playing as a team.
class four knew
I knew about their class because they were all in the McDonald's game. And they all did so well in the McDonald's game. So I knew about all four of them actually.
felt ignorant perfect step team throats time
It's ignorant to me because when you're up that much you should never let a team come back. I felt like this would be the perfect time to just step on their throats and go up by 20-something and that didn't happen.
felt flowing played
Everything wasn't flowing right because we hadn't played in a long time. It was weird. It felt like I hadn't played in so long. It was different.
basket nobody stop
There?s nobody that can stop her from getting to the basket just because of her abilities and how long she is.
came judge pleased prediction
ACS is very pleased with Judge Stephens' decision. Our prediction came true.
came cried emotional game half knew team
I've never been in anything like this. It was so emotional. Half the team came back and cried just because it was such an emotional game and we knew we were blessed.
ball control hopefully lost open reason reasons sure taking turn whether
I was taking it upon myself to make sure that I didn't turn over the ball and that I had control of the game. Whether it was like getting it to the right person or getting the open shot, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be the reason we lost and hopefully I was going to be one of the big reasons we won.
year
She's an 89 year old in a 21-year-old's body.
broke chances coming optimistic pray productive talked
She?s just hoping, being optimistic I guess. I talked to her (Monday) night. I just told her I?d pray for her. If she broke it, the chances of her coming back and actually being productive are slim. It?s just terrible.
bad hope lose loss seems stronger time
It seems like every time after a loss we come back strong. That is bad because you don?t want to have to have a loss to come back strong, but I think every time we do lose a game, we come back re-focused and stronger than we were before. I hope this will be like that again.
coming everybody focused ncaa opportunity ready redeem serious task tournament
It's been a really serious and focused environment, which it should be. I think everybody realizes the task at hand. We have another opportunity to redeem ourselves, and the NCAA Tournament is coming up, and that's the big show. You have to be ready for that.
