We have a good mix of guys who have been around. With the new rules and injuries, it's going to be a free-for-all to start.

You learn where to stand. Seriously, I never have my back to a gymnast, I try to keep my back against the wall so I can watch two or three things at once.

We can put more than just our regular team and put a couple of guys that are outside the lineup, which makes it a good chance to expand our depth.

Casey Sandy has just been great. He's just so good.

Derek was just outstanding. He really stepped up.

I told Casey, 'congratulations,' but you're going to have to step it up because everyone is competing against you this weekend. He's the kind of gymnast that can do the same kind of performance again and do it better.

What we practice generally depends on the day. Monday's we problem solve and try to get ready for the week because its tough to come in and get ready.
good guys step team
We're a pretty good team right now. We just need some guys to step up in some spots.

What I try to do is be the eyes of the place. I have to know what's going on because I'm the one who makes the decisions.
best came hit needed nice rings
Tommy did a really nice job. He came through when we needed it. On the rings he hit his best routine, period.
performance poor
Our performance as a whole was not that bad. We weren't outstanding, but we weren't poor either.
