achieve averaged catch games last less opportunity people per receiver yards
Some people say I may have underachieved when I was in Pittsburgh, ... But you have to have the opportunity to achieve anything, period, much less overachieve. And I think I was a big-play receiver in Pittsburgh. I only averaged 20 yards per catch (actually 19.8 in 11 games last year).
early entire games hard routes work
We work hard on our routes in practice. We come out early before games and go through our entire route tree.
adjusted changes couple game gets playoff settle sure
This is the playoffs, the game changes a little bit, things get a little more difficult. He hasn't experienced a playoff game yet, but I'm sure when he gets in there for the first couple of series, he'll settle down and he'll get adjusted just fine.
ball few foot game games ourselves shot
Some games are just like that. Not every game are you going to come out and sling the ball around. We shot ourselves in the foot a few times.
bit defense execute field football games win
You can't win football games like that. We've got to come out and execute and keep our defense off the field a little bit more.
based black diamond drives drove fancy liked perception player seen team wears
I mean, I don't think I was liked as a person. I was kind of seen as a black kid, young African-American, cornrows, drives fancy cars, wears diamond earrings, things like that. They just kind of based their perception off of what I drove and what I did and things like that. All those things were never a part of any other player on that team but me.
easily everybody goes knows nobody offense stop team ugliest yards
Everybody knows we just put up probably the ugliest 400 yards that an offense can put up. I've never been on a team where we can just put up 300, 400 yards so easily and make it look so ugly. That just goes to show that if we can just go out and be flawless, nobody will be able to stop us.
humbling year
It was just a humbling year for me,
few great plays throw
It was just a great throw by Eli. I'm here to make a few big plays for the team.
ability
I want to go out and show my ability and what I can do.
city people seemed thrown took
It kind of seemed like everything was thrown on my back off of one play that I didn't make, ... and I took that kind of personal, from the people in that city and some of the things that were said about me.
seemed
It seemed everything we did, they had an answer. It's kind of embarrassing to play like that.
anyone routes takes time timing
It takes time to get your timing on your routes and things like that, ... It's getting a little easier, but you don't want to get anyone hurt.
bites football lull plays winning
We all know that we've been one play away from winning the football game. I think we know that there's one or two plays that kind of comes back and bites us a little bit. If we don't have a lull on those one or two plays, then we win the football game.
