I'm not optimistic, but that's what a difficult negotiation usually entails. We do have serious issues to resolve. There needs to be more outreach and more reality on both sides as to where the middle is.
The business model for the Saints needs to be changed. It needs to be expanded. I think a fresh look has to be taken at the (Louisiana Superdome) lease arrangements, the master agreement arrangements. From my perspective, they were flawed.

We have to have a sober assessment of what kind of rebuilding and defending new investment of the Superdome if any makes sense. These are all complicated decisions.
