foot frightened players putting top
They're not frightened of putting their foot in if they have to. But they're world-class players - top, top players.
although football goalkeeper good played work
As well as spirit, I thought we played good football - although we should have made their goalkeeper work harder.
anyone bit common crisis despite fact football knowledge knows modicum needs prove seventh supposed third
I don't think he needs to prove anything to anybody. Anyone who has a modicum of common sense, or a modicum of football knowledge knows that. They're still third in the table, yet they are supposed to be in a crisis - a bit like ourselves, despite the fact we're seventh with 25 points.
football people want
It was easily the happiest day of my football life and yet people still want to ask me about the suit. When they talk about the day, it's not 'didn't you do well?', it's 'what was that you were wearing?!

act awful freedom happen happened luck organized player resting thinks
It doesn't happen by luck or accident, ... There's an awful lot of planning. I want us to play with a freedom that is organized - but we're not basking in what has happened so far. We won't be resting on our laurels, and if any player thinks differently, I will act on it.
impression
You just got the impression it was one of those nights.
bit chelsea lads manager
I thought it was a bit unsporting by Chelsea and my lads tell me it was their manager who told them to do that.
chasing curve cut gifted goal last learning left matches mistakes
We gifted them a goal and from 1-0 down we are left chasing the game. We have made mistakes in the last two matches now. They happen, but we have to cut them out. It's still a learning curve for us at this level.
fed games killer throwing
We haven't got that killer instinct. I'm fed up of throwing games away.
