ready roll start team
I think this team is ready to get on a roll right now. I think this is the team you're going to start seeing.
beating games guys perfect team teams top won
This team is still the same team, the same guys on this team that won all those games in the preseason and beating some of the top teams in the country. We have to get back to that. We have two games to do it here and home, and it's the perfect time.
both build despite excellent experience games help hope last lost maybe moving open played players state strongest teams wide year youth
This year we are moving down, so I do not know who the strongest teams are, but I know both teams that played in last year's state qualifier lost some excellent players so maybe it will be more wide open this year. Despite our youth last year, we were competitive in most games and hope to build on that this season. Last year's experience should help us.
critical regardless seems team wrong
It just seems that the times we do have them, they're critical and the other team capitalizes on them. They come at the wrong times. I think we had 18 and regardless of the outcome, they shouldn't be that high.
agree dangerous fear games lost maybe paper people question says seed six teams
I agree we've been inconsistent, we've lost games on paper we should have won, but there's no question that teams fear us in the Tournament. There's no question that people say we're the most dangerous six seed maybe ever. There's still that aura, that swagger, that thing that people see in March. We have it, there's no question about it. If someone says we don't, they're lying.
almost drew forces guard harder offense post rather team
When he's aggressive, it forces them to guard Drew a little harder rather than sag on the post or sag on Mo or Shannon. We're almost a completely different team on offense when he does that.
biggest key leave matter path possibly prepare report scouting six successful tapes team
If we wanted, we could have the path and every team we could possibly play and have that scouting report already done before we leave for Dayton. No matter who we're going to play, they have at least five, six tapes on them already. That's the biggest key on why we've been so successful because we've been able to prepare better than other teams.
best gonna illinois teams three
The championship is gonna go through here, Illinois and Indiana, I think. I really do, just the way all three teams play, I think we're the best three.
bad chance good itself missed present regardless
We missed an opportunity, but the good thing is that one more chance does present itself and the bad thing is that it is only one more chance. In the past, regardless of where we are in the tournament, we always have been able to show that we can play well.
hiding target welcome
We welcome the target on our backs. We're not hiding from anybody.
company people
People don't intentionally (expose their company to harm), but they become complacent.
chance doubted duke elite gotten kentucky last people questioned sweet year
People have always doubted us and questioned our intensity. We've gotten used to it. They didn't think we had a chance last year when he had to play Duke and Kentucky (in the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight).
brings less walking
Even just walking around kind of brings it back, the lightheadedness. Each day that it's there, you get less confident.
ball hang point
At that point you try to get (the lead) to 15, and then you get it to 20 and that's the ball game. But we just let them hang around.
