I said publicly last year that I wanted 2012 to be a great season, not just a good season. We certainly had a very good season and perhaps exceeded a few expectations. But Broncos fans, you and I know what a great season looks like.
I'm not for splitting the job up. I think the commissioner should be the commissioner, but I think he's got to have some very strong people around him.
These are historic moments for us as an organization. And, of course, winning them both would just add to the history.
The job Paul has done in his years as commissioner is unprecedented.
