I wish I knew what the secret was. We definitely play well against them. Maybe they have something in their heads about playing us.

We've got to look at it in the most positive way possible, and try to recharge. The team's been playing very well. We could just keep playing games every night and it would be a good thing for this team right now. At the same time, we've battled hard to get into this position and it's going to be a fun stretch run.

I can't say enough about (Thomas). He's been playing great. He makes key saves when he has to give us a shot.

We seem to have a lot of one-goal games and unfortunately we end up on the wrong side of them. We're right there but we have to be a little bit better.

We have put ourselves in a pretty good position the last month or so, so we have as good a chance as anybody to make it. We should have gotten more points than we did in the last week, but we can't do anything about that now. We just can't afford to let points get away the rest of the season.

We're fortunate. The way we started this year, we're very fortunate to be where we are. I hope everybody realizes that and will come back and fight for it.

Not really. I told (coach Mike Sullivan) I was ready to play a couple of days ago. I feel really good, and the trainers cleared me to play.
