both caught good guys hit kid liked past played runs teams
Both of those guys have done well for their teams over the past year. I know Conway hit pretty well and runs pretty good. Kuehn is a kid we've liked for a long time. He's very versatile. He's caught some and played the infield. We think he can be a good player.
ball four good order pitcher pitches takes top works
The top four in our order are pretty solid. Matt's a good on-base guy. He's disciplined at the plate. He can put the ball in play, takes pitches and works the pitcher over.
great players
Mascoutah is not your Edwardsville of the area, but we've probably had more great players from there than anyplace.
guys mix outfield
He's going to be a big-time pitcher. Because he can do so many other things, he's going to be one of the guys in the mix for an outfield spot, too.
best conference counting expect guy half hitter last lead year
Steve's a big-time player. He flat-out the last half of the year was the best hitter in the conference and the region. We expect him to lead the way. He's going to be the guy we're counting on for a lot of RBIs.
