I don't want to start slowly, but that just seems to be how I've started since I was very young. Hopefully I'll get off to a quick start, because I feel very good at the plate.

I don't know if people know how hard it is to get a hit or how hard it is to field a ground ball. It's an easy game in principal, but to actually execute the game it's very difficult.

The College World Series, that's the end-all deal as a college player. To get a chance to play in the World Series and win it, that was surreal.
