came difference glad penalty period spent third
The whole third period we spent in the penalty box. It was frustrating. I'm glad we came back. It's a big difference to be 1-1 or 2-0 for us.
battle game march playoff points race tight
Pretty much in all of March we are on the road. (Tuesday's) two points are really important for us. And now every game is really important. It's a battle for a playoff spot. Every two points are huge. The race is tight and it's going to go down to the wire.
momentum takes
Down right away, it takes the momentum out of your game.
huge
That was a huge swing. Sometimes you need breaks, and we got a couple.
beat beats seem
It doesn't seem like much to him to beat the Wild. He beats them every time.
definitely face higher nashville relatively teams weaker
We'll definitely try to get higher and play relatively weaker teams - if there are any. It would probably be better to face Nashville than Detroit.
definitely game goals helps score
It definitely helps when you score two goals on your first game back.
blame hockey open tried
I don't think you can blame the goaltending. We were awful. They were all over us. We tried to play open hockey and we just got killed.
committee impress milan needed preferred selection triple wondering
Milan Hejduk must be wondering what else he needed to do to impress the selection committee for the 2003 All-Star Game. Would they have preferred if he tossed in a triple Lutz?
chances created felt scoring
I felt like at the end we had the momentum. We created some scoring chances but in the end it was not enough.
bring hot practice
When you practice these things, you kind of bring it to the game. Just like anybody, when you're hot and things are going well, you feel like you can do anything on the ice.
cup four great happen olympic totally
It's special. It's once every four years. It's something that doesn't happen every year. It's a great to be in the Olympic village. It's totally different from the World Cup and World Championships.
continue couple definitely felt games hard last
It's hard to tell, but definitely the last couple games I've felt pretty good. Hopefully, it is going to continue like that.
chance denver fans forward hockey looking playing season win
I wanted to keep playing in Denver for a long time, ... There's no better place to play hockey than in Colorado, where our fans have been so supportive. We always have a chance to win every night. I'm looking forward to the upcoming season and this new NHL era.
