He got hit with a shot in the second period. He played through it, but when you take your skate off, that's when the swelling occurs. His X-ray was negative, so nothing is broken. It's really a matter of getting the swelling down, and then it's a question of pain tolerance. It's hard to say where he stands. There's a possibility he'll be fine.

He's an older guy who's played a lot of hockey in a lot of different leagues and for him to persevere and to be persistent with his career and strive to get to the NHL I think is a compliment to his character.
