We're not totally out of it. But it definitely makes it a lot harder. That's why people are disappointed. We wanted to win this game and the next one against them. That would have given us a good shot of sliding in.

We definitely needed some more leadership. We beat a lot of good teams last year. And then we'd lose against some of the weaker ones. I think that was because of focus a lot of times. The guys we've brought in, they're very intense. That's going to rub off.

He's got tons of patience, and the new rules definitely help him out. He was tough to stop before, when you put a stick on him and grab him.

We just got too far behind and now we're paying for it. We know it's tough this time of year. We're just going to keep on working and hopefully these games against Tampa will be key.

When a guy's not moving like that, it's especially scary. Thank God he seems to be all right. He's a tough kid and he's a good friend of everybody in this room.

We had the lead and we blew it. We're trying to make the playoffs and every point counts. If you miss it by one, you'll probably look back at this game, look at all the games we blew, and we've got to stop doing that. We've got to pull them out.

Early on we were playing them the way we wanted to play them. Then we get down a few and we're running and gunning trying to get chances back. That's what they want you to do.

I guess it's a positive note but it's still disappointing. We thought we were going to have a better season this year and it's nice to see we picked it up after the Olympic break. I think we're a much better team now than we were in September so we've got stuff to look forward to for next season.
