people tables lasts
I found that the majority of people who stopped at my table [ at the Comic Con] last didn't even know who Winnie the Pooh was, and the new feature was just opening in the theaters.
real people genius
I've met some real talents that were...real talents and I've met some real talents that were incredible people.People like Al Williamson, Gray Morrow, to a certain extent Jim Steranko, who is an institution all to himself. What a talent. What a genius talent.
people okay stills
There are still people who don't like my work and that's okay with me.
artist people sitting
I know some stories about "liberation" and stuff that's been liberated by people who turn around and get on their soapbox about how it's unfair that the artists didn't benefit while they're sitting on stuff that they "liberated," but that's another story for another time.
art years people
Why are other people profiting off that? I can see that if I have the page and sold it for $50 and 20 years later somebody's got it for $200, okay. That's business. But I had no say in that art being out there. It just really burns me.
mean people kind
People ask me who my favorite inker is and I tell them my favorite inker was Joe Sinnott...but I was the best. Now I don't mean that as any kind of egotistical thing. It's just that I did what Jack wanted.
felt free held hit missed opportunity three tie tough
We felt comfortable with the game, then (Bailey) hit a three to get it back to three, and we missed our free throws. They had an opportunity to tie it, but we held on in a tough place to play.
ball great job nice sharing shot
Priscilla shot the ball very well. We also did a great job on offense, especially sharing the ball. It's nice to see, really.
bend game teams
Bend and Pendleton are still the teams to beat. We just need to take it a game at a time.
free handle missed throws win
We just couldn't get anything going offensively. We had opportunities to win the game, but we missed free throws and we didn't handle the pressure. It was a frustrating night.
against crook knew played sloppy today
We were sloppy (against Crook County), and we knew we had to play better today against Bend. Defensively, we really played very well today.
anyone beat close fewer games including league overlook played three won
We can't overlook anyone. Redmond is 2-6 in league, but they've played a lot of close games, including being up 14 on us in the first quarter. We've won three league games by three or fewer points. We know anyone can beat anyone in the conference.
anyone expected girls lose terrific tough
It's always tough (to lose at this stage). But these girls have done more than anyone expected them to. It's been a terrific season.
conference girls locker race start talked win
We've talked about it in the locker room. It would be nice, but the girls know the race is to 10 (wins) and then we start working our way up (in conference seeding) with every win after that.
