They've both been hard to beat since I've been here. ... But I want both of those games real bad. North Marion isn't playing very well right now. Bottom line, they're 0-2. They're very beatable. Cascade is very beatable, and we have to have one of our premier games to (win) it.

Did I think starting the season that I'd have three freshmen starting? No. ... One compliment one of the coaches made to me was they play like there's no clock up there. They just go 100 percent all the time. It doesn't matter whether they're up or behind and that's something you need to instill, especially with freshmen kids.

We were moving our feet on defense finally, not trying to do it all (individually) and quit reaching. They had a great time. The girls finally got into the up tempo mode that we've been preaching all year, and they had a smile on their face. ... There were times where we had two, three girls out in front with the ball before (Seaside) turned their heads around.

We've won more games this year than we'd won all of last year already. And you know, that's a huge improvement.

Hannah and Amanda are very fluid together. They're very quick, got quick hands and quick feet. Defensively, they help us in a great way.
