almost game playing road
It's almost like a road game for us now. We're not used to playing with it open.
affected anybody became changed coached feeling good great guy hurt match pick placing top touch wrestling
That hurt, that changed the match and it affected the way he wrestled. He didn't feel like he could pick Neal up. Neal is very good on his feet. The way Brett was wrestling on Friday, I didn't think anybody would touch him, but it's a great feeling. It's a great feeling for me as a coach. He's the first guy I coached who became an All-American (by placing in the top three).
definitely last means proud series year
It's not a World Series championship ring, but it's definitely something to be proud of. We accomplished something last year that's never been accomplished before. That Drayton would do that for us means even more.
boos joke loud
The joke was, how loud are the boos going to be if he didn't play today,
care team
This team doesn't care and we are just going to come out and play hard.
bad continuing
We've been bad offensively all season. We're just continuing the trend. It's nothing new.
ball beat breaking good guy guys hitter houston looks onto pitching plate porch power pull slap solid tries
Berkman is a solid switch-hitting guy, he's the one guy they should be pitching around. Berkman is a different hitter in Houston than on the road. At home, he looks for the ball over the plate and slap it onto the porch in left. On the roach he tries to be a pull hitter. Kornerko is solid power hitter and a real good breaking ball hitter. They are the two guys who can beat you.
add deep extremely gonna guess road side
The road is very hazardous. The ditches on each side are very deep and the road is extremely narrow. I guess it's gonna add some hassle for us but it will be better in the end.
next resilient shut teams whether win
This is one of the most resilient teams I've been on. Whether we get shut out, whether we lose, whether we win this team the next day, it doesn't faze them,
bit caused club fit good hitter houston left middle million next physical switch though tools whether
Bagwell doesn't have much left -- only $15 million US on next year's contract. I don't know whether Houston will use him here or go with Berkman. Everett's a very good hitter even though his physical tools have diminished. He's a switch hitter who is a good fit in the middle of their lineup. And he hasn't caused the club one bit of trouble.
run
Run in packs. That's the thing to do.
definitely game hit home momentum next score tie worked
When they tie the game like that, you definitely want to come out the next inning and score a run, get the momentum back. I didn't try to hit a home run. It just worked out.
We're confident, but I don't know that we think we're very good,
beaten constant series shut struggle team
It's been a constant struggle. We started so bad. We were shut out so many times. We got beaten up early. You see this team in the World Series and say, 'How did it happen?' But here we are.
