They say he's ahead of where he was last year. Now how much that is - I am hesitant because two rotator cuffs is, and a guy who makes his living throwing the ball, I'm hesitant to say he's way ahead. We've got to be careful with it.

Personally, I'd rather be upstairs. I can see better. I can see more things ... Chad said he'd be more comfortable if I came down, so I told him come December, you better be playing good because I don't freeze my butt off for no good reason.

More and more, owners want you to win now, fans want you to win now. They see that guy and they think he should take over. There have been more of them ruined from the beatings they've taken in that first year and the lessons they've learned than have been successful.
