It was an emotional roller-coaster all day long. I did not play well at all for most of the day, but I was able to get it together at the end. Making three (birdies) in a row to finish the round at least makes you feel like you had a good day. I got in my own way today, and I've got to figure out a way to rectify that before tomorrow.

Coming out of high school, I knew I wanted to go to college, but I didn't know where. I didn't want to go to a small school because I like the big atmosphere. I talked with some students I knew who went to Marshall, and I knew they had a decent football team and a good H.E.L.P. program to help students, so I decided to come to Marshall.

Wage increases have been muted and that certainly affects people in the middle and at the bottom. Add in rising energy costs and those people are really being constrained right at the moment in their ability to go out and purchase items and that's certainly affecting the sales tax.
